How to Play Fleeing the Complex

The game relies on your ability to think quickly, plan wisely, and make effective choices. You’ll encounter opportunities to gain help from the environment or even from old and new acquaintances. Each installment in the series connects to the previous ones (for example, Henry’s escape in Escaping the Prison follows his actions in Breaking the Bank). Some choices lead to bad outcomes immediately, while others may be more rewarding. In Breaking the Bank, every choice results in failure, which sets up the next adventure where Henry attempts to escape prison. The unpredictability of the choices is what keeps Fleeing the Complex engaging, just like the previous titles (except Breaking the Bank).

Released in 2015, Fleeing the Complex is the fifth and (so far) final game in the Henry Stickmin series. Like its predecessors—Escaping the Prison, Stealing the Diamond, and Infiltrating the Airship—the goal remains the same: choose the right tools, paths, and strategies to break into or out of various locations to escape or stir up trouble.
