Gather Resources

GrindCraft removes the complex 3D environment, allowing you to concentrate solely on the crafting aspects of Minecraft. Starting with just your fists, you can chop down trees for wood and begin collecting resources, much like you would in Minecraft\'s survival mode.

Upgrade Your Tools

As you progress, you’ll gather enough wood to craft basic tools like axes and spades, making resource collection faster and more efficient. From there, the gameplay unfolds with endless possibilities.

The game’s progression takes place across four main categories: overworld, mine, food, and mobs. The items you can harvest in these categories depend on the tools and gear you have. For example, without a bucket, you won’t be able to collect lava. The game displays mineable resources at varying frequencies depending on their rarity.

Hire Villagers for Automation

Once you’ve gathered enough resources, you can construct a village and hire villagers to automate your resource collection, significantly speeding up your progress.
